By downloading, installing, or using the Scanner TCG AI application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Scanner TCG AI provides AI-powered card scanning, identification, and valuation services for TCG cards. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze card images and provide information including but not limited to card identification, condition assessment, market valuations, and authenticity verification.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for the highest accuracy, the AI-generated results including valuations, condition grades, and authenticity assessments are estimates and should not be considered as professional appraisals. We recommend consulting with certified grading services for official assessments.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not misrepresent AI-generated assessments as professional appraisals
• Provide accurate information when creating an account

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI models, algorithms, design, and content, is the property of Scanner TCG AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. All third-party trademarks, including TCG names and logos, are the property of their respective owners. This App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any card game publisher.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Payment terms are governed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you made the purchase. Refund policies are subject to the respective store's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scanner TCG AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated assessments.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
